Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Manual Tester to join our team.

  • Analyze product requirements to define acceptance criteria and create testable objectives.
  • Design, develop and maintain reusable test scripts that ensure comprehensive coverage.
  • Execute thorough manual testing to identify defects and inconsistencies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to review Test Plans and ensure alignment with project goals.
  • Provide estimates on test resources and effort to support prioritization and planning.
  • Identify, document, and track software defects and issues using bug tracking tools like JIRA.
  • Work closely with engineers to ensure timely resolution of technical issues.
  • Participate as a testing resource in all releases and be an integral part of the development team.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A strong desire to gain experience in manual testing and a willingness to learn.
  • Experience in developing automated test scripts using Selenium and a proven track record for QA involvement throughout the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
  • Practical knowledge and experience with both Agile and Waterfall development methodologies in a fast-paced environment.
