AI Engineer - Technical Expert

We are seeking a seasoned AI engineer to join our team and drive the development of cutting-edge AI solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in applying AI technologies in enterprise solutions, with a strong focus on hands-on execution, cross-functional collaboration, and operational enablement.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the establishment and enforcement of governance frameworks and compliance policies, as well as collaborating with business units, IT teams, and stakeholders to gather requirements and promote AI capabilities.

The role emphasizes strategic execution, governance support, stakeholder engagement, and AI solution delivery. Key responsibilities include identifying and evaluating innovative AI use cases, participating in the development of AI applications, models, and prototypes, and collaborating on functional and process design, scenario mapping, testing, and support planning.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in the IT industry
  • At least 8 years of hands-on experience applying AI technologies in enterprise solutions
  • Bachelor's degree in Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Computer Science, or related field
  • Professional certifications in AI, or Data Science are advantageous
  • Experience in the banking or financial services industry is preferred
