At Kovalty Technologies, we are seeking a seasoned Product Development Lead to spearhead our product development efforts. This is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven individual to drive the success of our innovative software solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Vision: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap that aligns with business goals and market demands.
  • Backlog Management: Prioritize and manage the product backlog, ensuring that development efforts deliver maximum value to customers.
  • Agile Methodologies: Actively participate in Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with stakeholders, including customers, business sponsors, and cross-functional teams, to gather feedback, validate product features, and address concerns.

We require a Product Development Lead with strong experience in software development methodologies, product management principles, and agile frameworks. Familiarity with .NET framework, ReactJS, and Azure cloud services is advantageous.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of leading product development initiatives from concept to delivery.
  • Strong understanding of product management principles, Agile methodologies, and software development lifecycles.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and leadership skills.
