
Help Desk Specialist

We are looking for a skilled professional to ensure our guests receive timely help, smooth resolutions, and genuinely feel cared for.
This is an entry-level position that requires excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. You will be the first point of contact for users booking experiences across multiple cities.
- Respond to customer queries through chat, email, and phone—promptly and clearly.
- Assist users with bookings, cancellations, refunds, and troubleshooting.
- Liaise with experience providers and internal teams to resolve guest concerns.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable using CRM tools, spreadsheets, and multitasking. They must also have a positive attitude, empathy, and willingness to learn and grow.
This role involves working rotational shifts (including weekends or holidays when needed). As a member of our team, you will be part of a fast-growing travel-tech startup with global ambitions.
