Service Desk Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Service Desk Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Requirements
  • Strong Communication Skills
    • The ability to interact professionally and clearly with users across all levels.
  • Tech Support Experience
    • Experience in troubleshooting, ticketing systems, and resolving technical issues.
Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support to end-users in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Log all user service tickets in ITSM systems with complete and accurate information.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve IT-related incidents and service requests.
  • Manage customer inquiries and ensure timely resolution.
  • Perform regular reporting (daily/weekly/monthly).
  • Update knowledge base articles for new and existing issues.
  • Own and drive user issues to resolution.
Qualifications
  • Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written.
  • Strong analytical abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • A customer-focused mindset with a commitment to service excellence.
  • Familiarity with ITSM tools and ticketing systems (preferred but not mandatory).
