Oracle HCM Consultant

We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM professional to join our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for utilizing their technical expertise to design, develop, and deliver robust and secure multi-channel applications using various development methodologies.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years of experience working with HR Technology modules of Core, as well as two years of experience with Oracle HCM cloud tools such as HCM Fast Formula, HCM Extract, HDL, Oracle BI publisher, and Approval workflow development.

They will also have experience working on projects involving the implementation of solutions applying development life cycles, and possess functional/configuration knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud (Absence/Payroll) system. Additionally, they should have experience in application development in Oracle HCM Cloud, as well as customization, configuration, and/or implementation of Oracle HCM in an enterprise environment.

The successful candidate will be able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including Business Analysts, Product Leaders, Solution Architects, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into physical program designs and software solutions.

In this role, you will assist in the build and configuration of changes and system enhancements, migrate changes, and provide post-implementation support of business software solutions. You will also develop and execute unit testing to identify application errors and ensure software solutions meet functional specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leverage DEVOPS and Agile practices to design, develop, configure, test, and deliver resilient, secure, multi-channel applications
  • Translate business requirements and functional specifications into physical program designs and software solutions
  • Assist in the build and configuration of changes and system enhancements
  • Develop and execute unit testing to identify application errors
  • Support component integration testing (CIT) and user acceptance testing (UAT)

Requirements:

  • Minimum three years of experience working in HR Technology modules of Core
  • Two years of experience with Oracle HCM cloud tools
  • Functional/configuration knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud (Absence/Payroll) system
  • Experience in application development in Oracle HCM Cloud
  • Customization, configuration, and/or implementation of Oracle HCM in an enterprise environment
