Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused professional to handle inbound and outbound calls, addressing customer queries, providing accurate information, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a problem-solving attitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responding to incoming calls and customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Making outbound calls for follow-ups, feedback, or information updates.
- Resolving product/service-related issues effectively and escalating when necessary.
- Maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction by providing accurate information and support.
- Documenting all customer interactions and updating relevant systems.
- Meeting daily/weekly performance targets such as call handling time, quality, and customer satisfaction scores.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Degree in any field or equivalent experience.
- 0–2 years of experience in customer service (voice process). Freshers welcome.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Tamil.
- Good listening skills, patience, and empathy when dealing with customers.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, CRM tools).
Language Proficiency: Good command over English and Tamil (spoken).
