Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
The Senior Manager CPG will be responsible for:

  • Crafting and implementing business development strategies to drive revenue growth in the personal care sector
  • Identifying and engaging key distributors to maximize sales potential
  • Analyzing market trends and competitor movements to inform business strategies
  • Collaborating with marketing, product development, and operations teams to deliver cohesive solutions

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 10-15 years of experience in business development within the personal care industry, with a strong track record of success
  • Distributor experience and international market exposure
  • Exceptional negotiation and communication skills, with a passion for fostering strong relationships
  • A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is a plus
  • Pedigree experience is a valuable asset

Compensation
We offer a competitive salary package, including a base salary of ₹40,00,000 per annum, plus benefits such as health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
