Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized recruitment professional to join our team. As a key member of our recruitment function, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting top talent for clients.

Our ideal candidate is a systems thinker with a creative approach to problem-solving. They possess strong intrinsic motivation to drive continual process improvement, excellent organisational skills, and a deep sense of caring towards their work and colleagues.

This is an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with a fun and supportive team. You will be involved in a wide range of areas of the business beyond your core responsibilities, including events and networking, employer brand awareness, and process refinement.

  • Post and manage job adverts across various job boards.
  • Perform active candidate outreach via platforms such as LinkedIn.
  • Build screening and assessment processes, including technical assessments, one-way and two-way video interviews, creating questions, marking rubrics, and example answers.
  • Review job applications and mark assessments.
  • Perform background checks on candidates.
  • Create candidate shortlists for clients.
  • Handle candidate communication and coordination, providing feedback and responses promptly and in keeping with the company values.
  • Build and maintain key relationships with institutional partners such as universities and colleges.
  • Continually optimise existing processes.

To succeed in this role, you will require advanced talent acquisition skills, excellent emotional intelligence, exceptional communication skills, and a strong work ethic. A minimum of 3 years' experience in recruitment or talent acquisition roles, and 2 years in a startup environment or scale-up, is essential.

This is a fully remote role based in India, with a working schedule from Monday to Friday, 08.00 am - 17.00 pm UK time (13.30 pm - 22.30 pm IST).
