Role Overview:

A skilled National Training Manager is required to lead learning and development across a growing eyewear brand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver impactful training programs focusing on product knowledge, customer service, sales techniques, and operational efficiency.
  • Conduct in-person and virtual training sessions for retail staff, team leaders, and support roles.
  • Collaborate with Operations, HR, and Business Teams to identify training needs and performance gaps.
  • Support new store openings and new hire onboarding with structured training rollouts.
  • Regularly assess training effectiveness through assessments, on-floor observation, and performance metrics.
  • Develop digital training content (videos, decks, quizzes) for scalable learning.
  • Track and maintain training MIS: attendance, completion rates, feedback, and post-training performance.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in training, preferably in retail, fashion, or e-commerce.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills – both in-person and virtual.
  • Hands-on experience with retail operations, customer handling, and POS systems is beneficial.
  • Comfort with virtual training tools, LMS platforms, and digital content creation.
  • Ability to connect with store teams and drive motivation and accountability.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and follow-up skills.
