Job Title: Learning Business Partner

  • Curate self-paced learning pathways for the Learning Hub to support leadership development needs, promoting lifelong learning.

Required qualifications include:

  • A Master's Degree in Instructional Design/Organizational Development/Human Resources/Marketing and Sales, demonstrating a strong foundation in business principles.
  • DDI certified trainer, Franklin Covey certified trainer, or Miller Heiman certified trainer, showcasing expertise in training methodologies.
  • More than 10 years of experience in Sales Development or Leadership Development roles, providing a wealth of knowledge and industry insights.
  • Strong leadership skills, including proven ability to influence leaders and facilitate cross-functional teams, driving collaborative success.
