We are seeking a skilled professional to collaborate with internal stakeholders and tailor learning interventions to enhance business performance.
This role will involve:
- Effectively identifying training needs through organizational analysis and process-level analysis, driving business growth and employee development.
- Designing and developing blended learning solutions, including classroom training, online training, skill assessments, and learning tools that cater to diverse learning styles.
- Facilitating training sessions, particularly in commercial selling, managerial, and leadership skills, leveraging expertise to drive results.
- Managing training logistics, including calendars, class registrations, and preparing classroom facilities and materials, ensuring seamless execution.
- Continuously measuring, evaluating, and increasing the effectiveness of learning through consistent deployment and review of enterprise metrics, fostering a culture of excellence.
- Curate self-paced learning pathways for the Learning Hub to support leadership development needs, promoting lifelong learning.
Required qualifications include:
- A Master's Degree in Instructional Design/Organizational Development/Human Resources/Marketing and Sales, demonstrating a strong foundation in business principles.
- DDI certified trainer, Franklin Covey certified trainer, or Miller Heiman certified trainer, showcasing expertise in training methodologies.
- More than 10 years of experience in Sales Development or Leadership Development roles, providing a wealth of knowledge and industry insights.
- Strong leadership skills, including proven ability to influence leaders and facilitate cross-functional teams, driving collaborative success.
