Learning and Development Manager (Broking Domain)

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced professional from the broking industry who can leverage market expertise and training skills to build dealer and relationship manager capabilities. The role involves delivering high-impact training programs on products, systems, and compliance, with a focus on the Cash and Derivatives markets.

Key Responsibilities


• Conduct training sessions on Cash and Derivatives market products, trading systems, and compliance.


• Design, develop, and deliver training modules, presentations, and assessments for dealers and RMs.


• Partner with business leaders to identify training needs and provide effective learning solutions.


• Prepare impactful PowerPoint presentations, Excel-based tools, and training material.


• Facilitate classroom, virtual, and blended learning sessions with high learner engagement.


• Evaluate training effectiveness and ensure continuous skill upgradation of participants.


• Act as a subject matter expert (SME) on broking products and market operations.

Requirements


• 5+ years of overall experience, with at least 2 years as a trainer.


• Must have worked as a dealer in a reputed broking firm.


• Strong knowledge of Cash and Derivatives markets.


• Proficiency in MS PowerPoint and Excel.


• Excellent communication, facilitation, and public speaking skills.


• Ability to simplify complex market concepts into practical learning modules.

Preferred Qualifications


• Certification(s) in NISM or equivalent.


• Experience in training design, e-learning content, or LMS platforms.


• Exposure to sales enablement and product training in the broking domain.
