Learning and Development Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Learning and Development Professional to deliver impactful training programs. As a key member of our organizational development team, you will oversee the training and development needs assessment.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop, implement, and oversee comprehensive training strategies, leveraging best practices in adult learning theory and performance improvement techniques.
- Design and deliver high-quality training programs that meet organizational objectives, utilizing expert knowledge of instructional design methodologies and technologies.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify skill gaps and develop targeted interventions that drive business results.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to create engaging, interactive learning experiences that foster employee growth and development.
- Promote a culture of continuous learning by facilitating workshops, seminars, and coaching sessions that enhance employees' skills and competencies.
- Excellent understanding of various training methodologies, including classroom instruction, e-learning, and blended learning.
- Strong ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders, from senior leadership to frontline employees.
