Job Title: Procurement Executive

A leading organization is seeking a skilled Procurement Executive to join their team.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for executing overall procurement processes, including strategic sourcing, forecasting, conducting research, negotiating with vendors, evaluating bids, analyzing data, and developing and implementing procurement strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Devising and utilizing effective procurement and sourcing strategies.
  • Exploring profitable suppliers and initiating procurement partnerships.
  • Building long-term relationships with vendors in the industry.
  • Preparing block estimates for all projects.
  • Preparing BOQs and obtaining necessary approvals from stakeholders.
  • Seeking proposals as per BOQs.
  • Comparing proposals for price and specifications.
  • Conducting techno-commercial negotiations with vendors to reduce costs.
  • Reviewing contract specifications on behalf of the company.
  • Assisting in finalizing vendors.
  • Communicating with vendors to ensure timely delivery of products.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate should possess:

  • 4+ years of experience in procurement or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
