Technical Support ExpertWe are seeking an experienced Technical Support Specialist to provide post-sales support to customers globally. As a Technical Support Expert, you will troubleshoot software and hardware problems, aid with product applications and use cases.Main Responsibilities
  • Communicate effectively with customers by listening to their concerns and explaining technical information clearly.
  • Ask targeted questions to quickly identify the root of the problem.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues efficiently.
  • Track issues to resolution within agreed time limits.
  • Evaluate when escalations are required and escalate accordingly.
  • Provide accurate and timely feedback to customers.
  • Refer to internal databases or external resources for technical solutions.
  • Lead troubleshooting discussions and train local and global teams.
  • Document technical knowledge in the form of knowledge base articles and/or documentation opportunities.
  • Create and deliver product knowledge sharing sessions to regional teams.
  • Prioritize and manage multiple open issues simultaneously.
Necessary Skills and Qualifications
  • Required:
    • Deep understanding of networks.
    • Knowledge of CCNA or equivalent.
    • Familiarity with 4G-5G technologies.
    • AAA protocols.
    • Certifications such as CCNA, MCSE, Cloud, RedHat.
    • In-depth knowledge of supported Linux/Unix operating systems.
    • Expertise in product software and hardware.
    • Understanding of network protocols and firewalls.
    • Experience with tracing and troubleshooting high-level protocols and traffic.
    • Strong knowledge of virtualization and cloud concepts.
    • Familiarity with technology infrastructure and security concepts.
    • Proficiency in networking (specifically IP related technologies).
    • Excellent scripting and programming skills.
    • Ability to install, configure, and operate network equipment.
    • Logical thought process and problem-solving skills.
    • Good communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Desired:
    • Subject matter expertise in AppLogic Networks product areas.
    • Collaborative mindset and good CSAT scores.
