Job Description

We are seeking an experienced professional to deliver exceptional technical support services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely and effective technical support to clients via phone, email, and remote access.
  • Administer and maintain various systems, including Windows Server, Linux OS, and Microsoft Exchange.
  • Ensure all worked tickets include detailed problem-solving information, initiation and completion times, and end-user satisfaction ratings.
  • Collaborate with the IT team to resolve complex technical issues.
  • Maintain and improve existing systems and processes within the IT department.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with people from diverse backgrounds.
  • Proven expertise in Windows Server, Linux OS, and Microsoft Exchange.
  • Proficiency in SQL and database management systems.
  • Strong understanding of network fundamentals, including DHCP, DNS, and Fortinet.
  • Certifications in relevant areas, such as CompTIA A+ or Cisco CCNA, are highly desirable.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and contribute to collaborative problem-solving efforts.
