Technical Support Specialist

- This role will be responsible for providing end-to-end technical support to customers, including receiving incoming calls, chats, emails & tickets, and resolving issues related to mobile service and devices.
- The successful candidate will interact with mobile phone carriers and other departments to resolve complex issues.
- They will adhere to business rules and policies as dictated by the joint operations document.
- Ensuring Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) meet day-to-day and monthly targets.
- Determine the issue, research, and follow-up steps, as necessary, for resolution of issues.
- Answer incoming calls and chats.
- Troubleshoot device and networking issues reported by users, acting as a liaison between customers, mobile carriers, policy, and internal teams to provide accurate and timely resolution.
- Provide customer service and technical support via incoming phone calls, email, and chat.
- Identify and assist in resolving all issues identified during regular operations.
- We require a Portuguese/Spanish and English-speaking candidate to support our SaaS product (Mobility Practice).
- Candidates should be willing to work in 24/7 rotational shifts.
- Extremely organized with an appreciation for process and documentation.
