About the Role
  • Sales Strategy Development: Identify potential clients and target markets through thorough research, generating leads through various channels including online research, networking, and cold calling, and collaborate with local schools.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients by understanding their needs and requirements and tailor solutions accordingly, providing exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Revenue Growth: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets by preparing and delivering persuasive sales presentations to clients, negotiating contracts, and closing deals with clients.
  • Market Analysis: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors by analyzing market data to identify new business opportunities.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions by preparing regular sales reports and forecasts for management.
Requirements

We're looking for a highly motivated and skilled individual with a strong background in sales and marketing. The ideal candidate should have:

  • Bachelor's degree: In Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Experience: Proven experience of minimum 1 year as a Business Development Executive or in a similar role.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the company's products/services and industry.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • CRM Software Proficiency: Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.

The estimated salary for this position is ₹12,00,000 - ₹20,00,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
