Optimize Efficiency as a Maintenance Supervisor

Deliver high-performance maintenance strategies to drive productivity and efficiency across the organization. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations and minimize downtime.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement predictive maintenance schedules for all machinery and utilities.
  • Lead root cause analysis and resolution of breakdowns or unplanned failures, minimizing downtime and maximizing uptime.
  • Ensure compliance with electrical, mechanical, and fire safety standards through regular audits and inspections.

Requirements:

  • Degree or Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • 15+ years of industrial maintenance experience, including 3–5 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong hands-on knowledge of woodworking machinery (CNC routers, edge banders, sanding lines, etc.) is a plus.
