Corporate Sustainability Role

This is an exciting opportunity to lead our sustainability agenda in India, focusing on social and environmental issues.

As a key member of the team, you will drive local execution, ensuring global strategies are effectively adapted and implemented in the Indian context.

  • Local Program Implementation: Adapt and execute global strategies for environmental responsibility, diversity & belonging, health & well-being, and philanthropy within India.
  • Design and deliver initiatives that reflect local needs and priorities while remaining consistent with global frameworks.
  • Develop annual plans for India, set measurable local targets, and track progress.

The ideal candidate should have 5+ years of experience in sustainability, cultural awareness, and a strong understanding of India's sustainability landscape. They should also be able to confidently engage and influence senior leadership, build trust, and alignment on key priorities.

You will work closely with various teams, including HR, Communications, and Facilities, to embed sustainability and well-being into workplace practices in India. You will share India success stories with the wider organization through regular storytelling and collaborate with marketing to produce a bi-monthly India Impact newsletter.
