Job Overview

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in packaging design, new product development, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading cross-functional teams and driving business growth.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's degree in Packaging Design, Business Administration, or a related field.
