We prioritize high-quality production output and yield while adhering to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Prior experience in solar cell manufacturing or the chemical industry is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure optimal production processes and yield while following SOPs.
  • Prioritize efficiency, cost reduction, and process optimization through project implementation.
  • Handle engineering changes, production trials, model changes, and pilot builds efficiently.
  • Develop and enforce quality control measures to ensure products meet desired standards.
  • Maintain safe work practices, comply with safety protocols, ISO standards, and environmental regulations.
  • Guide team members effectively and contribute to developing SOPs, operating instructions, and documentation standards.

Required Qualifications

Full-time B. Tech /Diploma in Electronics/Mechanical/Chemical Engineering.

Preferred Skills

Industry: Solar Only.
