The ideal candidate will leverage their technical expertise to provide exceptional support and service to our customers, ensuring optimal performance and reliability of our solar string inverter systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Diagnosing and troubleshooting technical issues related to solar string inverters remotely and on-site
  • Providing prompt and effective technical support to customers via phone, email, or onsite visits
  • Conducting root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions to resolve issues promptly
  • Performing commissioning, testing, and maintenance of solar string inverter systems
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve product performance and reliability
  • Documenting all service activities, technical solutions, and customer interactions in the CRM system
Requirements

To be considered for this role, applicants must possess the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, Electronics engineering, Renewable Energy, or related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical support or field service engineering, specifically with solar string inverters
  • Proven ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues related to power electronics and renewable energy systems
