Job Title: Team LeadA highly skilled and experienced professional is sought to provide strategic, technical, and managerial leadership for a project. The ideal candidate will possess excellent stakeholder engagement and negotiation skills, with the ability to lead and manage personnel assignments within budget.The role involves coordinating project communications with key partners, stakeholders, and consortium members, as well as providing technical leadership and backstopping to field assessment and planning teams.The successful candidate will hold a Master's degree in a relevant discipline, such as Environmental Policy, Economics, or Business Administration, and have a minimum of 12 years of professional experience in sustainability and natural resources management.Desirable skills include exceptional leadership, team management, and multi-disciplinary coordination skills, as well as strong stakeholder engagement and negotiation abilities.Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide strategic, technical, and managerial leadership for the project.
  • Lead and plan personnel assignments within budget.
  • Coordinate project communications with key partners, stakeholders, and consortium members.
  • Provide technical leadership and backstopping to field assessment and planning teams.
Qualifications & Experience:

Masters degree in Environmental Policy, Economics, Forestry, Business Administration, or related discipline.

Proficiency in English & Hindi (B2 level).

Minimum 12 years of professional experience in sustainability and natural resources management.

8 years of business development, value chain promotion and market linkages experience.

5 years of management/leadership experience as project team leader or manager in a company.

5 years of experience in projects in South Asia (region), of which 2 years in projects in India (country).
