Project Director

As a seasoned Project Director, you will oversee the execution of comprehensive commercial interior design and construction projects.

The role entails developing and implementing project plans that meet clients' expectations, while ensuring timely delivery within budget constraints.

You will be responsible for fostering strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and communicating effectively to ensure seamless project management.

A key aspect of this position is overseeing project finances, monitoring expenses, and guaranteeing cost-effectiveness.

Moreover, you will implement quality assurance processes to maintain high standards throughout the project lifecycle.

Additionally, you will identify potential risks, develop mitigation strategies, and address issues proactively to ensure successful project delivery.

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Project Management, Interior Design, or Architecture.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience managing commercial interior design and construction projects.
  • Strong knowledge of interior design principles and construction processes.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
