Job Title: Project Management Expertise

The role of a Technical Project Manager involves providing comprehensive project management support, encompassing the entire lifecycle of a project.

This position requires a working knowledge of our solutions and platforms, as well as the ability to collaborate with clients and colleagues to develop project scope plans and documentation.

Key responsibilities include leading planning sessions to build consensus on task definitions, sequencing, and interdependencies, as well as developing and maintaining detailed project plans.

Additionally, this role entails preparing project reports for status meetings, identifying, tracking, and communicating project-related issues and changes, and monitoring workflows and deadlines to ensure team members meet project goals.

A key aspect of this position is acting as a liaison between clients, colleagues, and stakeholders, while maintaining strong customer relationships by handling questions, concerns, and feedback professionally.

Ultimately, the goal is to ensure that project plans deliver against SLAs and KPI expectations regarding costs, schedules, quality, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:
  • Previous experience in project management is essential.
  • Educational background or certification in project management is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in web-based project management software is required.
  • Strong IT skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly are necessary.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products is expected.
  • Demonstrable evidence of collaboration, multitasking, and prioritization skills is crucial.
