Role Overview:

The ideal candidate for this position will be a detail-oriented FP&A professional with expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. The successful candidate will possess strong analytical skills, the ability to drive financial insights, and provide actionable recommendations to senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead comprehensive budgeting processes across business units to ensure accurate financial reporting.
  • Develop and deliver timely financial reports, dashboards, and KPIs that inform strategic decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive financial insights and recommendations that support business growth.
  • Present data-driven insights to senior leaders to influence business outcomes.
  • Support long-term financial strategy development and contribute to business planning initiatives.
  • Participate in executive-level discussions on strategic planning and finance.
  • Design and maintain interactive dashboards using tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
  • Drive continuous improvement in financial modeling and reporting processes through automation initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must hold a CA degree with 5–6 years of relevant experience in FP&A and business analysis.
  • Strong understanding of financial statements and concepts is essential.
  • Advanced Excel skills are required; working knowledge of SQL and data visualization tools is a plus.
  • Experience in financial modeling, scenario analysis, and forecasting is necessary.
