Financial Planning & Analysis Leader

As a critical member of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in driving business performance through strategic financial analysis, forecasting, and reporting.

This highly experienced FP&A professional will oversee global budgeting, forecasting, and monthly reporting processes. They will develop, maintain, and enhance financial models to evaluate business performance across regions and revenue streams.

The ideal candidate will possess advanced financial modeling skills, expertise in Excel/Google Sheets, and experience working with multi-entity or global financial reporting. They will also have excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills, as well as clear communication skills to translate financial data into actionable insights for non-finance stakeholders.

A successful FP&A leader will be self-motivated, hands-on, and able to support stakeholders across multiple jurisdictions and time zones. Fluency in professional-level English is required.

  • Oversight and ownership of global budgeting, forecasting, and monthly reporting processes.
  • Development, maintenance, and enhancement of financial models to evaluate business performance across regions and revenue streams.
  • Preparation of weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting packages with clear analysis of variances, risks, and opportunities.
  • Evaluation and analysis of potential transactions and product pricing scenarios.
  • Management of detailed cash forecasts to monitor cash flow.
  • Support for scenario planning, long-range financial modeling, and ad-hoc strategic analyses.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
  • 5-10 years of progressive experience in FP&A, corporate finance in a Private Equity held company or other high-growth company.
  • Advanced financial modeling skills and experience with BI/reporting tools.
  • Experience working with multi-entity or global financial reporting.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Clear communication skills to translate financial data into actionable insights for non-finance stakeholders.
