Administrative Assistant Manager Position

This role is ideal for a highly skilled professional who can provide critical support to our client's offices and branches across the country. As an Administrative Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining administrative-related MIS on a regular basis, establishing effective communication channels with government bodies to obtain work permissions, and collaborating with department heads to gain insights into their administrative requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to Offices and Branches across the country.
  • Liaise with architects to ensure seamless integration of office interiors.
  • Update and maintain administrative-related records and documents.
  • Establish effective communication channels with government bodies to obtain necessary permits and approvals.
  • Collaborate with department heads to gain insights into their administrative requirements.
  • Reneew AMC contracts for equipment maintenance.
  • Maintain and ensure the proper functioning of fire safety systems.
  • Manage travel arrangements for employees through third-party services.
  • Maintain accurate records of assets and implement effective tagging systems.
  • Allocate mobile devices and SIM cards according to company policies.
  • Supervise day-to-day operations, including repair and maintenance activities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • 3+ years of proven experience in administrative management.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Solid knowledge of administrative policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Awareness of relevant regulations and compliance requirements.
