Real Estate Construction Project Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Real Estate Construction Project Coordinator. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate tracking of project progress, risks, and compliance for informed decision-making and effective management.

This is a unique opportunity to showcase your skills and experience in project monitoring, data management, coordination, risk assessment, and learning and development.

  • Project Monitoring: Assist in tracking progress against milestones and timelines, collecting and verifying data for reports.
  • Data Management: Maintain organized documentation, update project database, and support report preparation.
  • Coordination and Communication: Engage with stakeholders, schedule meetings, and facilitate clear communication to identify issues and escalate them promptly.
  • Risk and Compliance: Assist in identifying risks, participating in risk assessment, and contributing to mitigation actions.
  • Learning and Development: Enhance knowledge of internal processes, project monitoring methodologies, and best practices.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent field
  • Post-Graduation in Construction Management from NICMAR/RICS (preferred)
  • At least 3-4 years of experience in Real Estate construction
  • Proficiency in MS Projects, MS Excel, MS Word & PowerPoint
