About Us
We are seeking a skilled Business Development Manager to drive customer acquisition, revenue growth and company competitiveness. This role requires strategic thinking, sales leadership and marketing expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement business strategies to expand our customer base and ensure a strong market presence
- Nurture long-lasting relationships with customers through partnership and need understanding
- Oversee organizational sales by creating business plans covering sales, revenue and expense controls
- Set individual sales targets with the sales team
- Track sales goals and report results as necessary
- Mentor and guide sales team activities and performance
- Coordinate with marketing on lead generation
- Enhance sales teams through motivation, counseling and product knowledge education
Requirements and Qualifications:
- MBA in business administration, marketing or related field
- Prior experience as Sales Head, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
- Ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
- Proven ability to drive sales process from plan to close
- Strong business acumen and industry expertise
- Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
