About Us

We are seeking a skilled Business Development Manager to drive customer acquisition, revenue growth and company competitiveness. This role requires strategic thinking, sales leadership and marketing expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement business strategies to expand our customer base and ensure a strong market presence
  • Nurture long-lasting relationships with customers through partnership and need understanding
  • Oversee organizational sales by creating business plans covering sales, revenue and expense controls
  • Set individual sales targets with the sales team
  • Track sales goals and report results as necessary
  • Mentor and guide sales team activities and performance
  • Coordinate with marketing on lead generation
  • Enhance sales teams through motivation, counseling and product knowledge education

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • MBA in business administration, marketing or related field
  • Prior experience as Sales Head, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
  • Ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
  • Proven ability to drive sales process from plan to close
  • Strong business acumen and industry expertise
  • Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
