We are hiring a Business Development Executive (3+ Years Experience) to join our team. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, preparing proposals for RFPs/RFQs, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive sales and marketing strategies aligned with our business goals.
Responsibilities:
● Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research,
prospecting, and lead generation
● Develop and submit high-quality proposals in response to RFPs, RFQs, and
other bid requests
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales and
marketing strategies
● Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends and
opportunities
● Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies as needed to meet revenue
targets
Qualifications:
● Bachelor's degree in a related field
● 3+ year of experience in business development, sales, or bid management
● Proven track record of developing and submitting successful proposals in
response to RFPs, RFQs, and other bid requests
● Strong understanding of the sales process and experience with Upwork
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
● Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹30, ₹80,000.00 per month
