Job Title: Credit Management Specialist
We are seeking a skilled Credit Management Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing mid-market and emerging large corporates, monitoring borrower accounts, and maintaining updates on developments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage stressed assets involving interaction with the company, performance monitoring & benchmarking, adherence to stipulated terms, site visits, etc.
- Design and implement suitable early warning triggers for allocated accounts. Closely monitor allocated portfolio, reviewing operational and financial performance, monitoring monthly cash flows, tracking performance of economic cycles and applicable industries.
- Formulate recovery strategy post factoring appropriate legal options
Technical Competencies:
- Knowledge of reading and understanding the financials of an entity, involving credit analysis.
- Knowledge of various industries
- Knowledge of RBI guidelines for stressed assets and restructuring
- Reasonable knowledge of various legal forums and applicable laws, including IBC, SARFAESI, commercial suits, contract laws, etc
Requirements:
- Qualification: CA or MBA (Full Time from a reputed institute)
- Experience – 5-7 years of relevant work experience in Banking/ARC/Big 4 consultancy firms.
