Job Opportunity

This position offers the chance to oversee and develop comprehensive credit underwriting and monitoring processes across digital platforms.

  • Develop policies to ensure smooth credit flow.
  • Analyze data to create and implement effective credit models.
  • Collaborate with Data Science teams to validate model performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Establish performance benchmarks and take corrective actions when necessary.
  • Automate credit policies to minimize manual intervention.
  • Design pricing strategies based on segmentation.
  • Standardize policies and procedures across the organization.

Responsibilities also include:

  • Monitoring portfolio profitability and risk thresholds.
  • Conducting periodic credit reviews to identify high-risk segments.
  • Mitigating identified risks by implementing targeted solutions.
  • Monitoring delinquent accounts to meet company standards.
  • Identifying technological solutions to improve portfolio management functions.

Additionally, this role involves:

  • Integrating new partners into our business ecosystem.
  • Understanding product offerings and target segments.
  • Creating policies based on product and customer data.
  • Facilitating data room exercises for new customers.
  • Formulating policies considering expected loss rates.
  • Ensuring policy implementation and UAT testing.
Requirements:
  • Postgraduate degree in Finance, Statistics, or Management from a reputable institution.
  • Bachelor's degree in Technology with an MBA is preferred.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in risk management and policy creation.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Superior stakeholder management skills to work closely with internal functions and external stakeholders.
  • Hands-on experience with large datasets and data processing tools.
  • Data-driven approach, analytical mindset, and teamwork skills.
