About a Mobile Growth Role

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team and drive mobile growth strategies worldwide.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in data analytics, cohort analysis, and growth optimization techniques.

This role involves working with large datasets, building attribution models, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Conducting comprehensive cohort analysis using AppsFlyer data to track user acquisition, retention, and revenue performance.
  2. Calculating and monitoring key growth metrics including Customer Lifetime Value (LTV), Return on Investment (ROI), ROAS, payback periods, and customer acquisition costs (CAC).
  3. Designing and executing A/B testing frameworks to evaluate the impact of product changes and marketing campaigns on growth metrics.
  4. Collaborating with client teams to optimize campaigns, identify growth features, and align analytics with business planning.
  5. Conducting market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities and benchmark performance.
Requirements:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Business Analytics, Marketing Analytics, or a related quantitative field.
  2. 3+ years of proven experience as a Growth Analyst, Marketing Analyst, or similar analytical role, preferably in mobile app or SaaS environments.
  3. Expert-level proficiency in SQL for complex data manipulation and analysis, with specific experience in Snowflake data warehousing.
  4. Advanced experience with Metabase for creating interactive dashboards and self-service analytics solutions.
  5. Demonstrated experience with mobile attribution platforms, with specific expertise in AppsFlyer data analysis and reporting.
