Scale D2C Brands with Data-Driven Marketing

We are seeking an experienced Performance Marketer to join our team and contribute to the growth of our e-commerce clients.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of scaling D2C brands from scratch, with 4-7 years of experience in performance marketing. They will be responsible for developing full-funnel strategies, creating ad creatives and copy, monitoring performance, and optimizing campaigns for key metrics such as ROAS, CAC, LTV, and AOV.

A strong grasp of eCommerce metrics is essential, as well as experience with GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel, Conversion APIs, and attribution tools. The successful candidate will also possess a data-driven mindset, comfort in analytics and dashboards, and excellent copy instincts.

They will brief creatives for high-performing ads and stay up-to-date with the latest trends in performance marketing. Strong knowledge of advertising platforms, including Meta Ads and Google Ads, is required.

As a Performance Marketer, you will work closely with our clients to understand their business goals and develop targeted marketing strategies that drive results.
