As an Engagement Manager, you will:

  • Own and drive execution of the business-analytics roadmap through techno-functional consulting and stakeholder management.
  • Lead client workshops to articulate broad visions and ambiguous business problems, driving solutions through data science and AI.
  • Define business problems concisely, consolidate findings, and hypothesize proposed solutions, measuring and articulating improvements to clients' objectives.
  • Liaise independently with customers, presenting solutions convincingly in unstructured and ever-changing environments.
  • Perform a role that involves hands-on contribution, customer engagement, and team management.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Business consulting experience, particularly around financial planning and analysis (FP&A) and zero-base budgeting.
  • Exceptional problem-solving analytical skills, blending creativity and logical thought to develop innovative solutions.
  • Ability to develop and articulate strategic recommendations based on rigorous data analysis.
  • Experience in strategy and business/technology consulting roles, conversant with process improvement, cost optimization, customer analytics, and experience management.
