Key Responsibilities:

We are seeking a skilled professional to work end-to-end with FMCG, CPG, or Retail clients, with a strong understanding of business models, challenges, and key performance drivers in these industries.

  • Proven experience in both strategy consulting and advanced analytics projects, connecting data-driven insights to business strategy and influencing client decision-making.
  • Domain knowledge in Pricing Analytics (price-pack architecture, elasticity modeling, revenue growth management) and Promotion Analytics (ROI measurement, trade spend effectiveness, promotional optimization), along with exposure to other advanced analytics use cases driving growth and profitability.
  • Excellent ability to engage with senior stakeholders, manage client relationships, lead discussions, and translate complex business requirements into clear analytical solutions.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 4-6 years of relevant experience in strategy, analytics, and consulting domains, with exposure to team leadership, project management, and mentoring junior consultants.
  • Strong domain knowledge in Pricing Analytics and Promotion Analytics, along with excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
