Job Title: Salesforce Administrator

We are seeking a proactive and accountable individual to support our daily operations, assist with enhancements, and ensure smooth workflows across teams.

  • Perform administrative tasks: user management, security, profiles, roles, permissions, data management.
  • Support basic development: validation rules, flows, process builder, reports, dashboards, minor Apex/LWC changes.
  • Manage DocuSign templates, workflows, and integrations within Salesforce.
  • Assist with Pardot campaigns, automation rules, lead management.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement solutions.
  • Ensure data integrity, troubleshoot issues, provide timely support to end users.
  • Communicate progress clearly, be accountable for deliverables.
Key Responsibilities:

As a Salesforce Assistant, you will work closely with our team to achieve the following objectives:

  • Enhance user experience through seamless workflow integration.
  • Develop and maintain efficient processes for data management.
  • Implement and manage successful Pardot campaigns.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to user queries.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you should possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Salesforce Admin (Salesforce certification preferred).
  • Basic understanding of Salesforce development (Apex, LWC, Flows).
  • Hands-on experience with DocuSign integration in Salesforce.
  • Working knowledge of Pardot (Marketing Cloud Account Engagement).
  • Strong communication skills (written & verbal).
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, accountable for independent work.
