Senior Salesforce Expert

This role is ideal for a seasoned Salesforce professional who can manage, optimize and support our Salesforce environment.

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly capable Senior Salesforce Expert to join our team. This individual will be responsible for supporting and optimizing our Salesforce environment across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Account Engagement (Pardot).

  • Maintain and optimize the Salesforce platform across Sales, Service, and Marketing functions.
  • Manage user setup, roles, profiles, permissions, page layouts, and record types.
  • Create and refine automation using Flows, Validation Rules, and Approval Processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate into technical solutions.
  • Provide frontline support and training for Salesforce users globally.
  • Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and campaign performance tracking.
  • Partner with Marketing to support Account Engagement campaign execution.
  • Ensure data integrity, compliance, and platform security best practices.
  • Stay up to date with Salesforce releases and assess impact on current org.
Requirements:
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification required.
  • 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience.
  • Proven experience supporting Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
  • Familiarity with Account Engagement (Pardot).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and understanding of data architecture.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience supporting a global user base preferred.
  • Extensive experience with Flows, Automation, Multiple Currencies, Approval Processes, Reporting, Dashboards.
