Job Title: Information Technology Governance Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Governance Consultant to join our organization. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in managing and optimizing our data assets.

The successful candidate will have strong knowledge of data governance frameworks and best practices, with an understanding of data compliance. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining process documentation to support AI-enhanced data management activities, building and monitoring compliance and audit reports, and collaborating with data stewards to identify, resolve, and prevent data quality issues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Understand Enterprise data flow and integrations, leveraging AI tools to optimize data operations.
  • Develop and maintain process documentation to support AI-enhanced data management activities.
  • Build and monitor compliance and audit reports to ensure adherence to data governance standards.
  • Collaborate with data stewards to identify, resolve, and prevent data quality issues.
  • Manage data migration projects for acquired organizations, ensuring data integrity and consistency.
  • Conduct regular data quality assessments and audits to identify anomalies and areas for improvement.
  • Implement data stewardship practices to enhance data accuracy, reliability, and accessibility.
  • Establish and maintain data governance frameworks, incorporating AI methodologies to support organizational data policies.
  • Manage metadata to ensure proper documentation and data lifecycle management.
Requirements:
  • 2-5 years of functional experience in data governance, with knowledge of SF, Informatica, Collate (or any data cataloguing tool).
  • Proficiency in data analysis using SQL, Excel, and AI tools to derive actionable insights.
  • Strong knowledge of data governance frameworks and best practices, with an understanding of data compliance.
  • Familiarity with data quality assessment, auditing processes, and AI techniques for maintaining high data standards.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, including experience with AI-driven data analysis.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to data management, protection.
  • Familiarity with data modelling and design concepts.
  • Understanding of data governance principles and standards, to guide data stewardship activities.
