Job Overview: A Senior IT Governance Leader is required to lead the development and implementation of large-scale data centers in the Finance/NBFC industry.

This high-profile role will entail designing and establishing robust testing frameworks, ensuring scalability, compliance, security, and disaster recovery measures are in place.

  • Data Center Setup & Management: Spearhead end-to-end planning, design, and implementation of enterprise data centers, guaranteeing seamless integration with existing systems and infrastructure.
  • Testing Center of Excellence: Develop and govern testing methodologies, automation strategies, and quality assurance protocols across applications, infrastructure, and business systems.
  • Resiliency Operations Center: Build and manage an advanced ROC for proactive monitoring and incident management using cutting-edge tools like Zoho ManageEngine, Site24x7, New Relic, or Dynatrace.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of governance, compliance, and regulatory requirements in the finance/NBFC sector, along with exceptional leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills. A Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field is mandatory, with certifications in ITIL, COBIT, or equivalent governance frameworks being highly desirable.
