Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Data Governance Professional to oversee the implementation of our data intelligence platform and lead cross-functional governance initiatives. This is an opportunity to shape and scale data practices, collaborate with senior stakeholders, and influence organizational culture.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end deployment and administration of our data intelligence platform.
  • Design and configure the operating model for domains, assets, workflows, and roles.
  • Create and optimize custom workflows using BPMN and Workflow Designer.
  • Integrate the platform with Snowflake, Informatica, Tableau, Azure, SAP, and other platforms via APIs/connectors.
  • Partner with data owners, stewards, and leadership to enforce governance policies and stewardship models.
  • Establish frameworks for data cataloging, lineage, metadata, and quality management.
  • Provide training, mentorship, and best practices to business and technical teams.
  • Act as the platform SME and evangelist, promoting adoption and governance maturity across the organization.
  • Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 6+ years in data governance, metadata management, or data quality.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with the data intelligence platform, including configuration, workflow design, and integrations.
  • Strong knowledge of data governance frameworks, stewardship, and lifecycle management.
  • Expertise with platform APIs, BPMN, and scripting (Groovy, JavaScript).
  • Experience with data catalog, business glossary, and lineage in the platform.
  • Familiarity with cloud data platforms: Snowflake, Azure, AWS, Informatica.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Data governance certification strongly preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Hands-on experience with large-scale platform deployments.
  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance frameworks (GDPR, HIPAA, CCPA).
