As a Business Development Representative at efficiently.com, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities across the US region.
About the Role
- Source and qualify high-potential leads through outbound cold calls and emails, leveraging your exceptional phone presence to drive engagement and conversion.
- Demonstrate products and represent the company effectively in meetings and conferences, showcasing your ability to think strategically and build strong relationships with clients.
- Routinely meet or exceed sales quotas while maintaining a deep understanding of customer needs and requirements, ensuring seamless alignment between client goals and our innovative solutions.
- Cultivate strong working relationships with the sales team to build a robust pipeline and close deals efficiently.
- Utilize Salesforce (CRM) to track all activity, providing valuable insights that inform sales strategies and drive continuous improvement.
What We're Looking For
- A minimum of 3 years of sales experience, with a proven track record of success in B2B sales, particularly in the US region.
- Strong international sales experience, preferably with US-based companies.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to adapt to diverse client needs and preferences.
- Bachelor's degree in business or a related field, with a keen analytical mindset and strategic thinking abilities.
- Familiarity with corporate productivity tools and web presentation software, as well as experience with CRM systems like HubSpot.
Estimated Salary Range
The estimated salary range for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
Work Arrangements
