Job Title: Oracle HCM Consultant

Job Description:

\
  • Support the configuration, maintenance, and enhancement of our benefits module.
  • Bridge the gap between HR business needs and technical capabilities.
\

The ideal candidate will have intermediary skills for other HCM modules (core HR, goal & performance, compensation).

\

Responsibilities:

\
  • Modify/configure and maintain benefits plans, programs, rates, and eligibility profiles.
  • Support open enrollment and life event processing.
  • Develop and troubleshoot fast formulas, HCM extracts, and HDL data loads.
  • Build and maintain BI Publisher reports and OTBI dashboards.
  • Collaborate with HR and payroll teams to ensure accurate data flow and compliance.
  • Manage Oracle SRs and coordinate with Oracle support for issue resolution.
  • Conduct functional and regression testing during upgrades and deployments.
  • Document configurations, processes, and change requests.

Required Skills:

\
  • 8+ years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud, with at least 3 in benefits.
  • Understanding of benefits setup, eligibility rules, and enrollment flows.
  • Proficiency in building/modifying extracts, PL/SQL, BI Publisher, OTBI, HDL, and fast formulas.
  • Experience with HCM extracts and third-party integrations.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Familiarity with Oracle Unified Methodology (OUM) or Agile practices.
