Oracle HCM Expertise

We are seeking a seasoned Oracle HCM specialist to lead or participate in end-to-end implementations of Oracle Fusion Payroll and Time & Labor solutions.

This is an opportunity to work on challenging projects, collaborate with stakeholders, and deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement Oracle Fusion Payroll and OTL solutions from requirement gathering to go-live.
  • Develop, test, and maintain Fast Formulas to meet client-specific needs.
  • Configure payroll/OTL modules and tailor solutions to align with client requirements.
  • Collaborate with clients to ensure seamless Payroll/OTL operations and compliance.
  • Provide ongoing support and optimize solutions for enhanced efficiency.
Requirements:
  • 3-4 years of experience in Oracle Fusion HCM with expertise in Payroll or OTL.
  • Implementation expertise: completed at least 2 end-to-end Oracle Fusion Payroll or OTL implementations.
  • Fast Formula knowledge: hands-on experience with Fast Formulas.
  • Problem-solving skills: analytical skills to resolve complex challenges efficiently.
  • Excellent interpersonal and client-facing skills to deliver exceptional solutions.
  • Flexibility: willingness to travel onsite as needed for project delivery.
