Key Responsibilities:
  • Minimum 5 years total IT experience preferably in SAP HCM.
  • Configure and design SAP US Payroll systems.
  • Experience in SAP payroll configuration from Gross Payroll to Net Payroll particularly on US.
  • Knowledge on BSI tax factory and tax configuration Garnishments Configuration.
  • Off-cycle payroll definition and processing.
  • Integration with SAP FI and Third-party FI.
  • Knowledge on PCR will be an added advantage.
  • Post-payroll activities.
  • WT configuration Payroll execution Schema flow Testing etc.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
