Job Title: Oracle HCM Consultant

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead or participate in Oracle Fusion Payroll/OTL implementations, from requirement gathering to go-live.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop, test, and maintain Fast Formulas to meet client-specific needs.
  • Configure payroll/OTL modules and tailor solutions to align with client requirements.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to ensure seamless Payroll/OTL operations and compliance.
  • Provide ongoing support and optimize solutions for enhanced efficiency.

Ideal Candidate Qualifications:

  • 3-4 years of relevant experience in Oracle Fusion HCM with expertise in Payroll or OTL.
  • Completed at least 2 end-to-end Oracle Fusion Payroll or OTL implementations.
  • Hands-on experience with Fast Formulas.
  • Analytical skills to resolve complex challenges efficiently.
  • Excellent interpersonal and client-facing skills to deliver exceptional solutions.
  • Willingness to travel onsite as needed for project delivery.
