Payroll Consultant Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Payroll Consultant to implement payroll solutions for clients.

About the Role
  • This position involves implementing and configuring SAP SuccessFactors Payroll solutions according to client requirements.
  • The successful candidate will develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Key responsibilities include staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments in payroll solutions, as well as meeting client needs through expert consultation and solution implementation.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong technical skills and knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors Payroll solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A proven track record of successful project delivery and implementation is essential.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Human Resources, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Extensive experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, Recruiting Management, and Succession & Development modules.
  • Certification in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, Recruiting Management, and Succession & Development modules- SAP Certified consultant / Application Associate is preferred.
  • Experience with system configuration, data migration, and integration techniques.
  • Proficient in testing methodologies and user acceptance testing processes.

Industry Knowledge

The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of the payroll industry, including talent acquisition, employee central, and succession planning processes. Additionally, they should be proficient in system configuration, data migration, and integration techniques, as well as testing methodologies and user acceptance testing processes.

Work Experience

At least 4 years of experience in SF - Employee Central Payroll implementation is required. The successful candidate will have demonstrated their expertise through at least 2+ implementations.
