Senior Contract Solution Gap Analysis Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned Contract Solution Gap Analysis Lead to excel in our organization.
About the RoleIn this position, you will design and configure applications aligned with complex business processes and requirements. You will serve as a Subject Matter Expert, providing strategic guidance and mentoring junior professionals in development methodologies and industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead Contract Solution Gap Analysis initiatives.
- Design, build, and configure applications to meet business needs.
- Facilitate workshops and stakeholder discussions to capture requirements and feedback.
- Provide advisory guidance on best practices and solutions.
- Mentor junior professionals in development methodologies and industry standards.
- Minimum 15 years of experience in Contract Solution Gap Analysis.
- Strong analytical skills to identify process gaps and propose scalable solutions.
- Proven experience in application design and development.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
- Familiarity with programming languages and development tools.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 15 years of full-time education.
